Group 11 made an excellent first impression in our home. Even with very little direction, their two‑woman team stepped in confidently and knew exactly how to approach each task. They were attentive to our preferences from the start, especially our request to use our own cleaning products, and they accommodated that seamlessly.

Their diligence stood out — steady, focused, and thorough. What impressed us most was their teamwork and the clear training behind it.
