WOW! I periodically have used cleaning services in the past, but no one compares to Fiv5 Star Cleaning! Two ladies arrived with major cleaning supplies and big, powerful canister vacuum. They worked diligently and tirelessly, cleaning from the ceilings down. They cleaned and organized our fridge. They would have changed our sheets except we had just done them. They cleaned inside of our windows and sills. When I came home and walked in, I was very pleased. This is the best service ever! My home was gleaming, and everything was organized and shiny.

The ladies who cleaned our house were amazing!! They left it spotless and smelling wonderful!! If you are moving, I highly recommend their move-out special. They did EVERYTHING!! Cleaned bathrooms and cupboards, baseboards and drawers, even the fridge and freezer were sparkling inside!!

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and overall meticulous cleaning service that Fiv5 Star Cleaning has provided. I initially met with Jamily in our home. She was organized, providing me with references, insurance documentation, pricing and frequency. I arrived home after the first scheduled cleaning service and couldn’t believe how amazing the house looked! This was a deep cleaning, but let me tell you (having used other services in the past), this far exceeded our expectations! We decided on a bi-weekly schedule and after the second service, I now know that they are the REAL DEAL! Immaculate, once again!! I must add that we have a dog, and while she is fine in a crate, the staff at Fiv5 Star Cleaning is fine with her, even letting her “hang out” with them while they are here! That means the world to us! Seriously, we highly recommend and cannot be happier!!
This team is fantastic. We are moving a few miles away and had them clean for showing our home – GREAT job. Then we moved everything out. We thought – hey, we can do that last sweep! Then we realized how hard the move is, including unpacking. Then the dirty secrets under and behind heavy furniture and appliances came to light. The random trash we didn’t expect to pile up and the moving company’s mess made us realize there’s no way we could do our own final cleaning. I called Fiv5 Star Cleaning on Friday night on the July 4th weekend. I got a response on Saturday the 3rd, and the 2-person crew is here right now – Monday afternoon – July 5 – a federal holiday. Love the work ethic and responsiveness. We will be working with them.

I had Fiv5 Star Cleaning at my home today. It was wonderful. The woman did a wonderful job. I had a deep cleaning service done at my house. It smelled so fresh. They cleaned the blinds, my oven, my refrigerator, baseboards, and more. There were also special touches with flowers made out of the paper products in my home. I’m definitely going to continue to use this service each month.

I cannot begin to explain the thoroughness and professionalism this company displayed on our first cleaning. We were not able to be at home and left them a key. We come home after a Monday work day and walked into pure bliss. My wife says all the time that a clean house is the best feeling to come home to. While I agree, I think coming home to a clean house that we didn’t have to clean is the best! Anyway, we are now on a monthly schedule with them and count down the days until they return. Highly recommended, and they are very flexible with their schedule.
